            The First Coast Soccer Association promotes the physical and personal development of over 1500 youth in our community. Girls and boys, 4 to 19 years old progress through organized and supervised recreational team, developmental team, or advanced team participation.

Patton Park is a 120-acre soccer complex where the focal point is all on youth activities. It is one of the premiere soccer facilities in the northeast Florida. We have nine soccer fields which host a multitude of motivated players and spectators. Also there are weekly practice sessions and an adult league, which plays under lights.

First Coast Soccer believes in winning opportunities for all involved. It is with these purposes in mind that we offer you the opportunity to promote your business to thousands of local residents. Thousands visit our facility during tournaments through out the year.

BANNER SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This Sponsorship Agreement is made and entered into by and between First Coast Soccer Association, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as "FCSA") and ___________________________________________________________________________________
(Hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor").

The FCSA Board of Directors hereby accepts the Sponsorship of __________________________________________________________________________________
Under the following terms and conditions.

1.      Sponsorship Agreement. FCSA shall provide the Sponsor with the items listed below in return for the sponsor's donation of  ________________________

2.     Term of Agreement. The term of the Agreement shall be for a period of 12 months commencing on the date your banner is placed on the fence for advertisement.

3.     Cancellation of Agreement by Sponsor. The sponsor may terminate this agreement at any time however the sponsorship dollars provided FCSA will not be refunded unless FCSA does not provide the sponsor with the negotiated advertising or promotional materials outlined in paragraph 1 of this agreement.

4.    Cancellation of Agreement by FCSA.
    A.     FCSA may cancel this Agreement immediately in the event the product or services are no longer available to the general public or the sponsoring entity ceases to exist.
    B.     FCSA may cancel this Agreement in the event of legal action being taken against the sponsor that may have an adverse affect on the reputation and position of FCSA in the community.

5.     Vandalism and damage. FCSA is not responsible for vandalism or any damage to signs placed at Patton Park.

6.    Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties regarding Sponsorship of FCSA. No modification or extensions of the Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
